DoMyWork, operated by SortED Solutions Pte. Ltd., provides custom academic support services, including writing, editing, proofreading, and tutoring assistance.
All work is intended solely for reference, study, and learning purposes. Our Services may not be used as a substitute for your own original academic submissions.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree that:
- You will not submit materials received from DoMyWork as your own original work.
- You will ensure your use of our Services complies with the academic integrity rules of your institution.
- You will provide accurate and complete order details (subject, level, deadline, formatting requirements, etc.).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
3. Ordering and Payments
- Order Placement: Orders must include clear, accurate instructions. We are not responsible for errors resulting from vague or incomplete details.
- Pricing: Costs vary based on academic level, word count, complexity, and deadline. Final prices are displayed before order confirmation.
- Payments: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store sensitive financial data.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in [GBP/ USD/ Euros], unless otherwise specified.
4. Revisions & Refund Policy
4.1 Revisions
- Customers are entitled to [2] free revisions per order, provided the revision request does not contradict original instructions.
- Additional or major changes beyond the scope of the original order may incur extra charges.
4.2 Refunds
Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

Refunds are not available for:

All refunds are subject to internal investigation and approval by SortED Solutions Pte. Ltd.
5. Plagiarism-Free Guarantee
All assignments are written from scratch and checked with Turnitin. However, responsibility for final use rests with the customer.
DoMyWork does not guarantee specific grades or academic outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
- All website content (text, graphics, design, software) is the property of SortED Solutions Pte. Ltd.
- Work delivered to customers is licensed for personal, non-commercial, reference-only use.
- Redistribution, resale, or publication of delivered work without consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- DoMyWork and SortED Solutions Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any academic, disciplinary, or legal consequences resulting from misuse of the Services.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost grades, lost opportunities, or reputational impact).
- Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if:
- A user violates these Terms of Service.
- A user provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses delivered materials.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
